We believe that the most effective therapeutic relationships are based in warmth, acceptance, dignity, and mutual respect. We approach therapy with the belief that a supportive and nonjudgmental environment is necessary in order for one to explore and understand their past experiences and how they have shaped who they are today, and to choose healthy and positive ways of moving forward.
We tailor treatment to each individual's goals, needs, and strengths, utilizing techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Behavioral Activation, Brainspotting, and more.
We are currently only offering telemental health sessions (via online video chat).
