Important Information

Our office is located in the heart of quaint Del Ray, Alexandria, 1 mile from the Braddock Metro (on the yellow/blue lines).  There is a bus stop out front, and free street parking.

Please note that we are currently only offering telemental health sessions via secure online video chat.

Self/Private Pay:  

• 90834 45 minute session:  $205
• 90837 55 minute session:  $225

Insurance:  We are In-Network with:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Care Network
• CareFirst BCBS
• Anthem BCBS

If you have a different insurance company, we are happy to supply you with any required documentation to submit for reimbursement, if you choose to do so (we recommend calling your insurance company and asking what the reimbursement rate is for out-of-network psychotherapy sessions with a psychologist - it's typically 50-70%).  

Fees are due at the beginning of each session, and we accept cash, check, or credit card.
